التاريخ

The Jeonju Lee clan traces its origin to Yi Han, a Silla magistrate who settled in Jeonju. This clan became the royal house of the Joseon Dynasty (1392-1897) when Yi Seong-gye (King Taejo) overthrew Goryeo. It is the second-largest clan in Korea.
