기원 및 역사

The Lu surname (卢/盧) originates from the ancient state of Lu, a fiefdom granted to Jiang Ziya's son in Shandong province. A second major origin traces to Hei Zhi, a minister of the state of Qi who received the Lu surname for his fiefdom. The character 盧 depicts a cooking vessel, simplified to 卢 in modern mainland Chinese. The clan is common in Guangdong, Guangxi, and Fujian provinces.
