Nguồn gốc & Lịch sử
The Chen surname derives from the ancient state of Chen, established by Gui Man, a descendant of the legendary Emperor Shun. When the state was destroyed in 479 BC by the state of Chu, its people adopted Chen as their surname. Chen is the most common surname in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and among overseas Chinese communities in Southeast Asia.
